On June 6th, 2018 the release of Pope Francis’ environmental encyclical was 
commemorated. It was revealed on an official European Union website that not only is there an agenda by the United nations to bring in a Sustainable Development Agenda that would help to save the trees, fish and the birds, but on this European Union website the headline was that they were commemorating the release of this encyclical with the headline announcement “First Laudato Si’ Reflection Day Catholics in support of a sustainable financial system”.
No Man Might Buy or Sell
The issue of a Sunday Law is being agitated at the same time. The Salvation Army Church recently published a page on their website called “A Call For Climate Justice” and on this page we are told of what can be done to save the environment. Notice:
“Keep the Sabbath: It could be the most radical thing a church can do for environmental stewardship—to commit to keeping the Sabbath… Spending time with family and friends and enjoying the free outdoors is an act of resistance to the pressures of materialism and consumerism.”
Churches coming together to enforce the Papal Sabbath?
Should they keep the Sabbath, which to them is Sunday, there would be less buying and selling, thus preventing people from polluting. Perhaps the idea is to enforce “Environmental JUSTICE” using State power to enforce Sunday laws.
This isn’t hard to figure out when we understand Bible Prophecy. Things are coming to pass just as God told us they would. In fact, the United Nations are seeking to enforce a “U.N Environmental Sabbath Program.” That’s right, you can google that term and find many websites promoting this agenda. They are going to use Sunday laws to save the birds. And they will limit buying and selling on those who refuse to go along with the system.
History is merely repeating itself. That is why God told us “Babylon is fallen, is fallen” (Revelation 14:8) She, that is the church falls or is “judged” (Rev 17:1, 18:2) because of her “fornication with the kings of the earth.” (Rev 17:2, 18:3) And there is a call to “come out of her” when she does this, and not be “partaker of her sins” (Rev 18:4) A loud Cry (Rev 18:1) Or else we should “receive of her plagues” (Rev 18:4) Which if we understand what is happening right now and what is coming, the world is certainly not going to continue on in the way that it Is going. The food barely has any nutrients, it is hard to get water that isn’t polluted. Jesus is coming soon.
Recently laws were made in Poland forbidding certain buying and selling on Sunday which the Christian Broadcasting Network has called a “return to the Bible”. Pope Francis last week met with Morawiecki, Prime Minister of Poland and in that discussion mentioned the following:
“The good existing bilateral relations between the Holy See and Poland were emphasized, as well as the fruitful collaboration between the Church and the State in their respective spheres of action,”
Yes, Church and State is collaborating just as they did during the dark ages. And many American Presidents understood why Church and State was to remain separate. 
Thomas Jefferson said “Erecting the wall of separation between the Church and the State is absolutely essential in a free society.”
Yet Donald Trump who seems to be towing the Catholic line wants to break down the wall of separation of church and State as he has vowed to close the gap between church and state and also vowed to give power back to the church. He has said he wants to give great power back to the church. Perhaps because he does not understand history, nor does he understand what is necessary in order to maintain a free society, he does not understand that it is absolutely essential to keep the church and state separated.
Recently house speaker Paul Ryan said he sees “this tremendous opportunity for Catholics to lead” and “help bring our culture and our country closer to their great moral potential.”
Moral law enforced by civil power, rather than civil power enforcing only civil law, and letting God be the moral justice enforcer.
And this all fits with the message of Revelation 13 and 17. Revelation 17 depicting a woman (the Papal church) riding a beast with ten horns. (State, United Nations). This beast she is riding being “scarlet” is none other than the dragon of Revelation 12 who gives its power and SEAT to the first beast of Revelation 13:2. This State POWER was given for 42 months, and finally in 1798 this power was taken from General Berthier of France. (See our study on the antichrist)
After its power was removed, this deadly wound would be healed on this beast, the Papal church with State power was to be healed. This church and state union was to be replicated in the United States which came up out of the earth and made an image of the first beast, the Papacy. And they would exercise the same church and state power. (See our Study on the United States in Prophecy)
And then the mark of the beast would be enforced by the State in America, and worldwide. The mark o the Papacy that is being Sunday.
“Protestants do not realize that by observing Sunday, they accept the authority of the spokesperson of the Church, the Pope” (Our Sunday Visitor, February 5, 1950).
“Of course the Catholic Church claims that the change [Saturday Sabbath to Sunday] was her act… And the act is a mark of her ecclesiastical authority in religious things” (H.F. Thomas, Chancellor of Cardinal Gibbons)
“Sunday is our mark of authority… the church is above the Bible, and this transference of Sabbath observance is proof of that fact” (Catholic Record of London, Ontario Sept 1, 1923)
