In June of 2015 Pope Francis released his environmental encyclical Laudato Si concerning the state of the environment. Many who understand Bible Prophecy were at once alarmed. In the encyclical we read:
“Sunday, like the Jewish Sabbath, is meant to be a day which heals our relationships with God, with ourselves, with others and with the world. Sunday is the day of the Resurrection, the “first day” of the new creation,…” (Laudato Si 237)
Now in the above quote Pope Francis himself admits that Sunday is the “first day” of the 
week, and therefore is saying plainly that Sunday is NOT the seventh-day. But yet God’s tables of the covenant will be revealed soon from heaven and will plainly say “The Seventh day is the Sabbath of the LORD thy God.” (See Exo 20:8-11, Rev 11:19)
Less than three months later Pope Francis made his first visit to the United States, but not only that, he was invited to address the congress of the United States, the people that are elected to uphold the constitution. A constitution that specifically outlines that the lawmakers are to protect the people from any church and state union.
James Madison, who was the fourth president of the United States, but more than this is also known for writing the document that formed the model of the constitution told us why the first amendment was put into the constitution.
”The purpose of separation of church and state is to keep forever from these shores the ceaseless strife that has soaked the soil of Europe in blood for centuries.” (James Madison)
In other words the constitution was written to keep the Church from using the State to enforce its beliefs on others. It was written in a way that would prevent the Roman Church or any Church for that matter from having power to make laws. The Bible tells us that the Church is to serve, not to rule.
Pro 30:21-22 For three things the earth is disquieted, and for four which it cannot bear: For a servant when he reigneth;…
Number one on the list of things the earth cannot bear is a servant or church when it reigns as King. This was manifest during the dark ages of Christianity when for centuries the Catholic Church soaked the soil of Europe in blood. But furthermore, not only were there countless millions of people killed, but it was those who began to believe the Bible and question the motives of the Church that were targeted. 
Rev 17:2 With whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication.
God’s Church is represented by a pure woman in Bible Prophecy.(See Jer 6:2, Gal 4:26, Eph 5:25, 26, Rev 12) This OTHER woman however is guilty of fornication with State power and has only filled the cup with the blood of martyrs.
History repeats itself, Babylon is fallen, is fallen…. Again and again, this message has been repeated throughout history, she has been judged and weighed in the balances because of her fornication with the kings of the earth. (See Rev 17:1, 2, 18:1-4)
The day after Pope Francis made a speech to the congress where he mentioned that their were “wounds” that needed to be “healed.” Yes you will find those words in the transcript of his speech. The next day he was on to his next endeavor in New York City where he would meet with several Kings, Princes, Presidents, Prime Ministers of the earth at the United Nations in a meeting concerning Agenda 2030 which was made into effect in Paris France in April 2016. Obama during his closing months in office also entered the United States into the agreement. Yet less than a year later in June 2017, President Trump reversed course and announced the U.S. would pull out.
Rev 13:3 And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast.
Many of us have understood that this verse in Bible Prophecy has referred to the Papacy. And that this chapter which concerns the beast and its mark has to do with a future enforcement of the mark which is Sunday.
“Of course the change (from Sabbath to Sunday) was her act ….. and the act is a MARK of her ecclesiastical power and authority in religious matters.” (signed by H.F.Thomas, Chancellor for Cardinal Gibbons, in a letter dated Nov. 11, 1895)
And furthermore, as many of us already know, the United States is also mentioned in this prophecy as a beast with two horns, and no crowns on those horns implies no king, and no Pope. Unlike the previous beast with ten crowns. This beast comes up lamblike. But then we are told will excercise all the power of the first beast when this WOUND is healed.
Rev 13:11-12 And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon. And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.
Due to provisions in the Agreement specifying details for any participants potentially leaving, the U.S. couldn’t actually withdraw until November 2020 at the earliest. This means that America is still bound to the treaty for Trump’s first term, no matter what.
FULL STEAM AHEAD – AGENDA 2030
On the day after Trump announced that America was pulling out of the agreement, all the mayors and governors seemed to double down on their efforts to fulfill the accord. Six months later Special Envoy to the United Nations for Climate Change Michael Bloomberg said Trump Pulling Out of Paris Agreement Has Been a ‘Rallying Cry’ for Green Lobby.
In other words what Donald Trump did worked to press the climate agenda ahead further than ever, and the Democrats including Al Gore and others were only thanking President Trump.
Bill HR 9 – A Sunday Law?
Recently a BIll passed the house that would stop Donald Trump from being able to exit the Paris Accord. Some recent prophecy students are calling this a national Sunday law and have said that the National Sunday Law would come to pass in the spring of 2019. However, this bill has to pass the senate and also be signed into law by President Donald Trump and is very unlikely to pass the senate.
Also, its not spring anymore, and therefore this Bill will not be signed into law in the spring of 2019. I’ve done some previous articles and videos that show some of the flaws in these teachings concerning the third angels message and that this message is “not to be hung on time” and that we will never again have messages that will be.
Also, the Sunday laws are incremental, there are many aspects to the Sunday law. But we are not to put time prophecies on these events. Though there is mention of Sunday in Pope Francis environmental encyclical and this is to be considered law for the church.
And even recently Comece, which is the Commission of the Bishops’ Conferences of the European Union (EU) along with the ILO or International Labor Organization which is a United Nations (UN) organization have created a document together on Shaping the Future of work and all connects to the Paris accord. Where they tell us plainly that they want to: “Reintegrate Sunday protection into EU law: … Sundays, we recommend that the EU protects Sunday in a revised Working Time Directive as a collective day of rest.” (Page 34)
Though nothing came to pass in the spring of 2019, it is no time to go to sleep. Recent school strikes by millions of children in the last couple months have alarmed the multitudes to the idea that climate action is needed now, and it is a matter of time before Workers Unions begin to strike and the cry is made that there must be a change in the economic order of things. This is already being done to a large degree.
New York Climate Leadership Act
In New York State last month a bill was passed called the Climate Leadership and Community Protection Act. And this is expected to lead the way for many other States. It is being touted as New York’s Green New Deal. Some who have been keeping updated may have read about the Sunrise movement in other articles. There is no doubt that deep down this is the Sunday movement and we are well on our way.
New York also passed a bill ending its religious exemptions to vaccinations. They also have recently passed recent abortion laws that have shown the United States the ungodly direction they are moving in. Very few will recognize the issues for this time.
The press towards the final decree “that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark…of the beast.” is on. The media giants are clamping down more and more on what they deem to be “fake news” or “hate speech” and they are shutting down the voice of those with concerned opinions concerning the coming crisis.
Some will continue to say “all things continue on as they were.” But can we afford to sleep now? Prepare your minds saints. Fill your hearts with the promises of God now. But also share the message with the people that the time is short.
”Fearful is the issue to which the world is to be brought. The powers of earth, uniting to war against the commandments of God, will decree that “all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond” ( Revelation 13:16), shall conform to the customs of the church by the observance of the false sabbath. All who refuse compliance will be visited with civil penalties, and it will finally be declared that they are deserving of death. On the other hand, the law of God enjoining the Creator’s rest day demands obedience and threatens wrath against all who transgress its precepts.” [Great Controversy Page 604 1911]
It might be a fearful message for many and that is what it takes sometimes to motivate others to read, learn and understand that we have a NEED. Without the fearful warnings, the people will not be stirred.
“The sins of Babylon will be laid open. The fearful results of enforcing the observances of the church by civil authority, the inroads of spiritualism, the stealthy but rapid progress of the papal power—all will be unmasked. By these solemn warnings the people will be stirred. Thousands upon thousands will listen who have never heard words like these. In amazement they hear the testimony that Babylon is the church, fallen because of her errors and sins, because of her rejection of the truth sent to her from heaven. As the people go to their former teachers with the eager inquiry, Are these things so? the ministers present fables, prophesy smooth things, to soothe their fears and quiet the awakened conscience. But since many refuse to be satisfied with the mere authority of men and demand a plain “Thus saith the Lord,” the popular ministry, like the Pharisees of old, filled with anger as their authority is questioned, will denounce the message as of Satan and stir up the sin-loving multitudes to revile and persecute those who proclaim it” [Great Controversy Page 606, 607 1911] 
These words were written more than 100 years ago concerning the issue that the world was to be brought into, and now like never before the words of the prophets are coming to pass. Many will denounce the message as from Satan. Yet, the clarity and brightness of the angel that is lightening the earth with the glory of God will draw all men to it. (Rev 18:1-4) We must pray that some will turn from the “sin loving” multitude and forsake those ways.-DB
